Here are demonstrations I put together to demonstrate (and expand) my knowledge of various Java based technologies.

Matrix (the movie) Code Simulator Applet - This Open Source applet simulates the scrolling green code seen in the movie The Matrix.

I have also written some Windows Shareware in C++. It doesn't bring me much money, but I enjoy it. It's fun to think up something, implement it and have people find value in it.
